🏀 All In Summer League 2025 – 5th Anniversary Rules 🏀

Welcome to the 5th Anniversary of the All In Summer League!

Before we share the schedule and squads of each time, we’re sharing the updated rules for this year’s competition. Whether you’re returning or joining us for the first time, here’s everything you need to know to keep the games fun, fair, and competitive.

Just like last year, we’re following standard FIBA rules — but with a few All In twists. Please read through the key info below:

📖 Standard Rules

All games follow FIBA Basketball Rules.

⏰ Game Times

  • Games run between 7 PM and 10 PM, on the hour.

  • Please arrive early — games start promptly at the advertised time.

⏱️ Game Format

  • 10-minute quarters

  • Running clock, except in the final 2 minutes of the 4th quarter (stopping clock).

🔔 Fouls

  • Personal and team fouls enforced per FIBA rules.

  • Purposeful/dangerous play will not be tolerated — this is a competitive league, but safety and sportsmanship come first.

📢 Timeouts

  • 1 timeout per half

  • Timeouts can carry over between halves and into overtime.

  • No extra timeouts in overtime

⌛ Overtime

  • Games tied at the buzzer go to a 2-minute overtime (stopping clock). If this is tied, then it will then be golden basket.

🔄 Substitutions

  • Subs must follow FIBA rules — no rolling subs.

  • Let the table know when subbing and wait to be waved in at a dead ball.

📋 Final Rosters

  • Roster will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.

🧾 Player Eligibility

  • All players must have:

    • Their name on the team list

    • Paid their player fee

    • Signed the waiver

💡 Extra Notes

  • If you have players who might return from overseas or university — add them now just in case.

  • This league is about good vibes, fair play, and high-level competition.

  • Trash talk and showboating? Fine. Dangerous play? You’re out, be it game suspensions or complete league ejection without refund.
